This is the official curriculum for the current cohort, annotated with what we saw when we attended in April. Each entry links to our full recap of that day.
Day 1 makes the case that small teams can now run workflows that used to need several people, then sets up the core piece live: an AI “Chief of Staff” agent configured to follow your preferences and route routine tasks. When we attended, this session did most of the convincing.
The turning point of the week: how secrets become software. Inside MarketingSecrets.AI you build four AI marketing agents — traffic, sales, conversions, revenue — each working with the Chief of Staff to run whole sections of your marketing. No code needed; you follow along on screen.
Day 3 turns the pieces into a system: an automated marketing machine one person can actually run. The same workflows can also be packaged and offered as a service — the angle most attendees overlook, covered only live on the training.
